My boyfriend and I just recently stayed at the cottage for 3 nights during our trip to Chiangmai (Feb 2010). The resort itself is charming and very lovely, as well as staff (P'Nuch and other lady) are friendly and helpful.
BuaSaree tucks away in a small village of Bann Chai Sathan, Saraphee. Even though I'm local (Chiangmai native) found it is hard to find this place. It's a little bit far from Airport or downtown. You may need to have your own transportation to get here, though taxi might be a bit expensive.
By the way, we love our room in a cottage. Big bathroom and own terrace. Also sea salted pool and quiet setting of this place really made me feel like I'm in a retreat.
Even though, breakfast has limited selection, small portion (kaw tom moo & American breakfast with tropical fruits) but service was great.
We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Chiangmai. We had a great time @ Bua Saree.

BuaSaree เป็นที่พักที่เราสนใจมาก
ตั้งใจจะไปเชียงใหม่ แต่มาติดม๊อบ แต่ก็ยังจะไปให้ได้ และคงไม่พลาดที่จะไปเยี่ยมบัว-ศ-รีแน่นอน
ชอบมากมากค่ะ ไปเชียงใหม่ทุกปี ปีที่แล้วไปเก๊าไม้ก็โอเค คราวนี้ต้องไปหาบัว-ศ-รี สัญญา...

เริ่มต้นด้วยความน่ารักของรีสอร์ท พี่ๆที่นี่ จะมีรีสอร์ทไหนไหมนะ ที่จะยอมให้แขกโทรมาปลุกตั้งแต่ตีห้าเพื่อเข้าที่พัก (ประทับใจมากๆ ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้โทรนะคะ เพราะแอบเกรงใจ) บรรยากาศสบายๆ นั่งเล่นฟรีอินเตอร์เนตหน้าห้องพัก ฟังเสียงน้ำไหลกับต้นไม้เขียวและดอกไม้สีหวานที่กำลังออกดอก ยังมีสายลมเย็นๆและท้องฟ้าสีฟ้าจัด ทำให้วันพักผ่อนที่นี่วิเศษที่สุดเลยค่ะ
แต่ที่สุดของนักเดินทางคือการที่มีที่พักที่ปลอดภัยและคนที่ไว้ใจได้ให้เราได้พึ่งพิงยามอยู่ไกลบ้าน ที่บัวศ-รี ทำให้เรานอนเปิดประตูห้องพักตอนกลางคืนได้โดยไม่ต้องกลัวคนมาขโมยของและพี่นุชยังใจดีให้เราฝากถุงกอล์ฟใบใหญ่ไว้ที่รีสอร์ทก่อนขึ้นไปปายอีกด้วย
รวมทั้งหมอนวดฝีมือดี ที่ทำให้ความเมื่อยล้ากับการขับรถมามากกว่าหนึ่งพันกิโลเมตรในทริปนี้หายวับไปทันที
แล้วปีหน้าจะมาใหม่นะคะ

The decor in the cottages was very inviting and atttractive. The bed was so comfortable!The bathroom functional with a strong shower, lots of hot water yet pretty and stylish. Outside was amazing with lovely well maintained gardens, a great salt water pool and totally relaxing. The staff were always on hand to help but discreetly and efficiently. All in all a very wonderful holiday at Bua Suree! สวยกว่าใน web site เยอะเลย ต้นไม้สวย คนคอยต้อนรับก็น่ารักเป็นกันเอง ห้องนอนกว้างนอนหลับสบาย (ปลั๊กไฟเยอะดี) ได้นอน 3 คืน สนุก สบาย กันเอง มากค่ะ ตอนเช้าตื่นมาเหมือนอยู่บนดอยเลย และที่นี้ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่เลย จะแนะนำให้เพื่อนๆ และญาติพี่น้องไปพักอีกนะค่ะ

ที่ประทับใจอีกอย่างก้อคือ พี่ปุ้ยและคุณยาย น่ารักมากๆ อัธยาศัยดี เป็นกันเอง รวมทั้งพี่ๆพนักงานของรีสอร์ททุกๆท่านน่ารักมากๆ
เสียดายค่ะที่ยังลงรูปให้ดูยังไม่ได้ กล้องแบตหมด แต่สัญญาว่าจะเอาลงให้ได้ดูกันแน่นอนค่ะ

A wonderfully serene retreat from the city, a short cab-ride from downtown Chiang Mai.
The grounds are beautiful, quite a bit larger than I'd thought from the pictures on the site, and with flowers all around. The breakfasts I had were delicious, with the staff going out of their way to make things I requested that they were unfamiliar with.
I highly recommend the Bua Saree, especially the cottages, where I stayed.
